September 2014 Topbox

Summer has come and gone!

Another season has quickly approached and I am looking forward to wearing the warm, cozy sweaters and the vibrant colours of Fall. Where I live, the sunshine has still been holding on here and there which is lovely because I am not entirely ready to pack on the layers. I have started a new semester at school and have been busy catching up, but finally found some time to blog about the September Topbox.

Here is what I received:

Lancome Visionnaire Advanced Multi-Correcting Cream
– I was pleasantly surprised to see this included in my box this month. However, I already have a skin regimen that I follow, so I am unsure if I will be adding this in. I would like to try it, but I may end up giving this one up.

Amika Perk Up Dry Shampoo
– Dry shampoo is great for days when you feel like you need a lift in your roots, but do not necessarily have the time to wash your hair. This does a good job of making your hair “look” clean and provides a fresh scent without leaving any residue.

Boxx Cosmetics Illumalift Brightening Cream
– This product is to be placed under eyes, on eyelids and other areas where you have deep lines or dark areas. I have yet to try this, but I have read reviews where there is an instant brightness when you put it on your under eyes (who doesn’t need a brightening effect the next morning after a long night out?). I look forward to trying this.

Teez Nail Lacquer in Pretty in Pyrite
– Yet another nail polish in this month’s box. I am not an avid nail polish fan and only paint my nails when I feel like it, so receiving nail polish is not something I go crazy over. Sure, this is a pretty gold colour with flecks of glitter in it, but it is not a product I would use right away.

What did you receive in your September Topbox? What are your thoughts?

If you have any other questions/comments, please feel free to leave one :)
